We are capable of undertaking any Earthwork Project inclusive of Site Clearance, Leveling, Excavation and Shifting of Large Amounts of Debris.

REINFORCED CONCRETE WORKS
We use Stationary Batching Plants, Mobile Concrete Mixers, Pokers, Vibrators,
Steel Cutting and Bending Machinery to deliver High Strength Reinforced Concrete Works.

PREFABRICATED STEEL FRAME WORKS
Kolsom Konstruction supervises Prefabricated Activities performed by Specialist Subcontractors who have Experience in Numerous Steel Fabrication Projects.

BLOCK-WALLING & PLASTER WORKS
We produce our own Blocks based on the Specified Block Strength and Size.

FINISHING WORKS; CEILING, FLOORS & WALLS
We have an Experienced Team of Finishing Subcontractors who have completed numerous First-Class Projects.

We Supervise a Specialist Waterproofing Team with Training and Experience from Europe.

DESIGN (ARCHITECTURAL,STRUCTURAL & MEP )

Kolsom Konstruction offers Architectural, Interior, Structural and MEP Design Services led by Local Registered Architects/Engineers adhering to the Tanzanian British Standards.

FINANCE & VALUE ENGINEERING
Kolsom Konstruction provides Detailed Quantity Surveying Services through Local Registered Quantity Surveyors from BoQ Preparation to Schedule of Materials Preparation. Our Services include Value Engineering through assessment of alternate materials and sources.

PLANNING & PROGRAMMING
We use MS Project Professional to effectively track on-site project activities, safeguarding the project schedule through day-to-day activity monitoring.

SUPERVISION
We strategically allocate resources based on the project’s manpower, materials, and machinery requirements. We maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, and conduct thorough drawing reviews to ensure accuracy and synchronization of architectural, structural, and service drawings for the building.

We offer a convenient solution for construction projects through our vehicle hire services. Kolsom Konstruction provides a fleet of construction vehicles, including excavators, dumpers, and trucks, available for rent on a day-to-day basis. With flexible rental options, you can efficiently access the necessary equipment for your construction needs.

Question & Answers

What do I need to do before I start building?

Before initiating a building project, you should clearly define your project objectives, set a realistic budget, then hire professionals such as architects and engineers, and obtain necessary approvals.

By contacting am I obliged to contract?

No. With Kolsom Konstuction, you will first have a window to discuss the scope of your project and all aspects of its feasibility. A contract will only be established when we’re both on the same page about the project overview.

Will you start working immediately?

After the contract is drafted and project timelines are set, the construction work will commence.
