ZSSF MBWENI ESTATE, ZANZIBAR

Our scope included excavation works for the raft foundation, reinforced concrete works involving steel cutting and fixing, as well as the installation of aluminum formworks and premix concrete applications. In addition, our services extended to crucial areas such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works, ensuring the seamless integration of utilities. Joinery works, including the supply and fitting of high-quality hardware and flash doors, further contributed to the comprehensive nature of this endeavor.

Description: Construction of 15 Residential Buildings with 14 Apartments each and accompanied Facilities.

AGA KHAN HEALTH CENTER

With this project, we were on a mission to restore the run-down building to its original glory and enhance the community well-being. Introducing essential hospital services such as air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, ICT, fire detection, and firefighting systems. We provided the space to add advanced medical services, including the installation of facilities for CT-Scan, X-Ray, and Dialysis. As part of the comprehensive approach, we did waterproofing works and joinery works for doors and cabinetry.

ROYAL ZANZIBAR BEACH RESORT

Our contracted responsibilities included steel fabrication works, encompassing the cutting, fabricating, and welding of essential steel members such as columns, beams, and decking sheets.The project’s scope extended to reinforced concrete works, involving the laying of steel mesh and in-situ concrete works, as well as blockwalling works through the supply and laying of RC blocks. We also managed plumbing works, provided supply and fixing services for PPR and PVC piping.

BAKWATA MOSQUE

Through this project, we were able to reflect our commitment to contributing to the cultural landscape and spiritual infrastructure of East Africa. Our responsibilities as Kolsom Konstruction included the excavation, backfilling, and laying of hardcore materials on footings. Additionally, we managed reinforced concrete works, covering the cutting and fixing of steel, fixing of formworks, and premix concrete works. The project concluded with professionally done, detailed finishing touches, incorporating tiling and painting works.

Furthermore, the project included meticulous finishing touches, focusing on expert tiling works, along with joinery works involving the supply and fitting of high-quality doors and windows. This project underscores our commitment to creating architecturally significant and functional spaces that contribute to the vibrancy of Upanga’s urban landscape.
